"For over ten years, I previously worked in larger care companies where unfortunately clients and carers became numbers. I started as a carer and worked my way up into finance & payroll and recruitment. Unhappy with the way these larger companies were run I was ready to leave the care sector for good. After a particularly bad day at work I was looking at job boards and came across My Little Angels and decided I would give it one last shot.
18 Months later I had completed a Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management and started an HR and Payroll Management course.
I have full support from the management team to achieve my goal of becoming the HR and finance manager.
