Sometimes taking the first step can be very scary, so we make every effort to make the transition, smooth and without incident. Quite often our care starts by simply popping in on a daily basis and having a cup of tea, so that a good rapport can be made between our staff and our client. Only when the client is happy and comfortable would we proceed and increase the care package.
