To arrange support from My Little Angels all you need to do is fill in the enquiry form or telephone us on 01225 767806. A member of our senior team will come to visit you in your home for a non obligation chat to figure out what support you may need. Once you have decided you would like to join our family, we can add you to the waiting list and the rest we deal with. It's as simple as that.

Any support you require will be discussed at your first meeting with our senior team. We will inform you of any of those tasks we cannot provide support for. We cannot administer injections, change dressing, or be involved with your finances.

This varies on the size of your support package. We do provide a continuity of care and you will have your regular carers. However you also need to meet a number of our support workers to allow for sickness and holiday. We always try where possible, to introduce you to any new support workers you haven’t met before.

If you are unable to answer the door, we recommend a key box is put in place. The carer can then access your property without you having to worry about getting to the door. All key box numbers are strictly confidential. Personal preference for gaining access can be arranged.

This is assessed on a case by case basis depending on what pet you have and their requirements.

Yes just call the office as usual and press 0 when asked and your call will be transferred. We are contactable from 7am-10pm where a senior member of the team will be happy to help.
